For years, I lived in survival mode — stuck in a constant cycle of restriction, cravings, and guilt. I jumped from one diet to another, punished myself for overeating, and then lost control again. I didn't understand what my body needed — I was disconnected, exhausted, and frustrated.

At 19, I was diagnosed with PCOS. Every doctor told me the same thing:

"You'll never have a regular period without birth control."

So, I stayed on the pill for years — battling bloating, inflammation, low energy, and mood swings. No one looked for the real reason behind my symptoms. After years of confusion and disappointment, I decided to take control of my health myself.

That's when everything changed. I started studying nutrition, hormones, and inflammation, learning how to truly support my body. Step by step, I rebuilt my health — naturally.
